Shipping & Handling

Since all our products are handmade to order, please expect between 7-10 business days for processing and shipping. If you do not receive a tracking number within 10 days after initial order, please reach out to us for concerns. Any order over $69 is eligible for free shipping with the United States. Tracking information for all orders will be provided via email once your order ships.

Payment

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted. We allow AfterPay as a payment installment method. PayPal is also an accepted form of payment. Payment must be made at the time of purchase via PayPal.

Sales Tax

By law, we are required to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped from New York State.

Order Status

You will receive an order confirmation number after checkout, giving you access to your order status page. From the order status page, you will be able to check the status of your order.

Exchanges and Returns

Since each of our products is handmade, we are unable to accept exchanges and/or refunds. For any issues involving your order or if a product arrives to you damaged or broken we will resend you a new order following photo evidence of the damages. Please contact us within 7 days of your order receipt date for instructions on receiving a new order.
