When will I receive my MOUSSÖU products?

Each product is handmade upon order. Therefore most orders will ship out 7-10 business days after, excluding weekends + holidays. You will often receive a tracking number prior to actually shipment. This tracking number confirms your order has been processed and will be shipped 1-2 after the receiving your tracking number. If there is any delay in the 7-10 day fufillment period, you will be notified via email.

Is shipping included in my order?

Shipping is not included in order cost unless the order is over $69 unless there is a promotion. When the order is over $69 you will receive free shipping with the United States.

Do you offer international shipping?

We ship to the United States and Canada, we are currently working on UK and Europe. Stay tuned.

What do I do if I never receive my package?

Your order will have a tracking number that will provide the date on which your package should arrive. If the package does not arrive within 1-2 days of the delivery date, please contact us so that we may investigate.

*Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier, but we are more than happy to work at resolving any issues we can.

What if my package is damaged?

If your package is damaged, please contact us immediately at info@moussoubeauty.com.

Can I get an exchange?

Since each of our products is handmade, we are unable to accept exchanges.

Can I get a refund?

We offer refunds for damaged goods, if customer does not want to receive a reshipment. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
